I am a college student who doesn’t always eat right. My mom is a professional Nutritionist so I know how important a healthy diet is. At her suggestion I tried PROTEEM (chocolate with 1% milk) and I actually liked it! I now use it once a day and feel less tired, even though my busy schedule hasn’t changed.
